Xiaomi identifies how to make the audience get eager about play. Just the other day, a Xiaomi Play phone was teased with a waterdrop notch and double rear shooters. To make the holidays of Xiaomi fans more complete, the Xiaomi Mi Play is publicized during Christmas Eve. It appears the Chinese OEM isn’t taking a break. It’s been working hard the past few months, launching new and advanced products left and right we won’t be astonished if it becomes more popular next year.
Officially called as Xiaomi Mi Play, this new Android smartphone is one inexpensive product at only $160 (¥109/£130). It is one of the low-priced from Xiaomi that still offers the very basic smartphone features.
Just because there’s ‘Play’ in the name, it doesn’t mean it’s a gaming phone. Well, it’s more like a “fun” variant with the colors existing: Dream Blue, Shuguangjin, and Black. It’s something like the new generation would like to obtain for Christmas.
The Xiaomi Mi Play comes armed with a nice 5.84-inch screen, dual rear cameras, and a waterdrop notch display. At this point, we don’t attend much about the features because the idea that it is presented with 10GB of free data for each month for one whole year is enough. It’s only obtainable in China so we’re jealous right now.
The Xiaomi Mi Play is predictable to win a lot of new Xiaomi fans. You see, the brand was once the top Chinese OEM but Huawei took its crown. Xiaomi has a benefit though because it has many other businesses aside from mobile phones.
Other specs of the Xiaomi Mi Play are as follows: 4GB RAM, 64GB onboard storing, MediaTek P35 processor, IMG GE8320 GPU, 3000mAh battery, 5V2A charging, micro-USB, rear fingerprint scanner, 1080 x 2280 FHD+ determination, 432 PPI display, sunlight screen tech, eye protection mode, night light, and color temperature adjustments. Device dimensions are 147.76 x 71.89 x 7.8mm.
Xiaomi offers the Mi Play with a custom SIM card, SIM card pin, USB data cable, power adapter, and a soft rubber defensive cover inside the box.
