iPhone X vs. iPhone 8
Rear Cameras: The iPhone 8 Plus still has an edge over the regular iPhone 8 when it comes to cameras features. But the iPhone X has the same dual-lens cameras on the back as the iPhone 8 Plus, and the same video recording feature too. The one little difference is that the iPhone X has "dual optical image stabilization, means it works on both of the rear lenses, while the iPhone 8 Plus has just "optical image stabilization".

The iPhone X is all screen, which means it doesn’t have Home
button, which means it doesn’t have touch ID. Instead, Apple user Face ID to
unlock the phone as well as to authorize Apple Pay Payments. Third-party apps
can also support Face ID to log in, just as they can also use Touch ID.
Memory
Both the iPhone X and the iPhone 8 feature Apple’s new A11
Bionic CPU, coming paired with an Apple built CPU. The six-core CPU is divided
into two low performance cores and four high-performance cores, with the
regular cores being 25 per cent faster than previous A10 chip, and the high-performance
cores being up to 75 per cent faster than the A10 SoC.
